Owner and Head Baker of Earthbound Bakes!
I've been in the kitchen as long as I can remember. The women in my family have always shown love by cooking for others. Family gatherings have always consisted of all us girls piled in the kitchen cooking and baking together.
These moments are what sparked my love of baking. That and my enormous sweet
tooth! My family and I are dairy free which is why I started experimenting with allergy friendly baking. I know how hard it can be to find sweets that satisfy the sweet tooth and won't make you regret it later.
No matter your dietary needs, everyone deserves to enjoy a sweet treat! That's why all desserts made by Earthbound Bakes are free from gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and artificial colors/flavors.
For my vegan friends, these bakes are also free from any animal byproducts including honey and gelatin. All ingredients are all natural or certified organic when possible. I make my own vanilla extract with 100% organic Madagascar vanilla beans and I source my maple syrup from a local Maple Farm in Alliance, Ohio.
Whenever possible I try to be as eco friendly as I can by using reusable, recyclable, or compostable products. My dream for Earthbound Bakes is to carry on my family legacy of spreading love and joy through baking. I hope my bakes will make your family moments even more memorable.
